3.offer not found：Offer跳转Smart Link失败，找不到对应的Offer

4.offer not found：Offer通过Traffic Redirect Rule跳转失败，没有找到对应的Offer

5.country mismatch：国家不匹配

6.tracking not exist：tracking不存在

7.platform mismatch：平台不匹配

8.offer over cap：点击对应的Offer超Cap
