# 系统基础设置及邮箱支持
**一、General Settings**
Network ID：子渠道的域名，不可修改。
Customer Application Domain：客户自己的域名（处于注册时的默认状态），不可修改。
Network Timezone：客户所处的时区（处于注册时的默认状态），可以修改。
修改之后会同步到如下位置：
Company Logo：公司Logo
未上传时，系统默认显示注册时的公司名称。
上传图片支持格式‘png’、‘jpg’、‘jpeg’、‘bmp’四种格式，大小限制50M。
需要更新Logo时，上传新Logo，系统会直接覆盖并替换原Logo。
Customize Title：自定义标题\

**二、Affiliate Panel Settings**
Terms\&Conditions：决定Publisher Sign Up页面的Terms的有无。
未上传时，系统显示默认的Terms\&Conditions。
上传文件仅支持PDF格式，大小限制在50M。
需要替换新文件时，上传新文件，系统会直接覆盖原文件，并生效。
具体位置如下：在渠道的登录界面，点击Affiliate Sign Up。
Affiliate privacy Policy：客户自己的隐私政策（处于注册时的默认状态），支持上传和下载功能。
未上传时，系统显示默认的Privacy Policy。
上传文件仅支持PDF格式，大小限制在50M。
需要替换新文件时，上传新文件，系统会直接覆盖原文件，并生效。
上传修改之后，系统内所有的Privacy Policy会相对应的发生改变。\

Affiliate Sign Up Status：设置了两种情况，可以选择Active和Require Approval模式。
默认是Require Approval模式。
Active模式下，渠道注册系统时，自动生效；
Require Approval模式下，渠道注册后需要审核通过后才能使用。
Questions For Affiliate Sign Up：用户可以自定义Affiliate Sign Up 的问题。
**三、Tracking Settings**
Default Tracking Domain：Click 域名，不可以修改。
Network Global Postback URL：全局的回传URL，不可以修改。
Default KPI：对于API的单子，无KPI时显示默认KPI。
Custom Postback Server IP List：广告主的Postback Server IP。
以列表的形式显示，可以进行添加，修改和删除的操作。
Conversions out of Allowed Countries：对国家进行设置，接受非允许国家的转化，提供Pending和Approved两种模式。默认Pending。
Conversions Over Cap：对于超cap的转化，提供Pending和Approved两种模式。
**四、Support Email Settings**
SMTP Domain/IP Address ：填写SMTP信息
Port：端口号
SMTP User Name：邮箱地址
SMTP User Password：邮箱密码
“From” Email Name：邮件中显示的邮箱名称，一般是公司名称。
“From” Email Address：只展示，信息和SMTP User Name相同。不可修改
Test SMTP Server：测试按钮，填写上述信息后，点击按钮，会发送测试邮件，测试通过后才能保存。
以下为腾讯企业邮箱示例SMTP Domain/Port

**五、Advance Setting**
勾选Country Test Mode为将系统内所有Offer移除国家定向，勾选Platform Test Mode为将系统内所有Offer移除平台定向。Hugoffers默认会将非Offer设定国家和平台的流量屏蔽。
Automatic Block Server Traffic为自动屏蔽服务器发送的点击流量。
